Andhra Pradesh Gandla, Telikula Communities Welfare Association was established in 2024 with the following aims and objectives:
1. To work for the welfare of the social communities Gandla and Telikula in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
2. To work for the safeguard of the community people of Gandla and Telikula in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
3. To uplift the traditional profession of the Gandla and Telikula community people, usually termed GANIGA, used to produce both edible and non edible oils.
4. To represent the people of the Gandla and Telikula Communities to the state and Central government organisations and its authorities and other various non governmental organisations for the purpose of the welfare and safeguard of the communities.
5. To organise workshops, symposia, seminars, continuous traditional & professional educational conferences, and gatherings for the professional development of the Gandla & Telikula Communities in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
6. To provide financial and social assistance to the people of the both communities whenever and wherever need was arise in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
7. To receive funds and grants, utilise for the various purposes intended for the welfare and development of the Gandla and Telikula Communities in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
